JAMES LOUIS CASSIDY DEC ASED, State of California88 County of Nevada I, FP. T. Nilon Judge of the said Superior Court do hereby certify: That on the 25th day of May A. D., 1908, the annexed instrument was admitted j to probate as the last will and testament of James Louis cassidy deceased, and from the the said Court finds as follows: De. That said James Louis Cassidy died on or about the 2nd day of May A. 1908, in the said County of Nevada, State of California; that at the time of his death he was a resident of the said County @f Nevada aforesaid State of @alifornia; and that the said annesed will was executed by said decedent vin the said County of Nevada afore said State of california; and signed by the said testator in the presence of R. J. Frank and R. J. Davis the subsoribing witnesses thereto; also, thaT he acknowledged the exeeution of the same in their presence, and declared the same to be his last will and testament and the said witnesses attested the same at his request, in his presence, and in the presence of each other; that the said decedent at the time of executdng said will wos of the age of eighteen years an upwards, was of sound and disposing mind, and not acting under duress, menace, fraud or undue influence, nor in any respect incompet ent to devise and bequeath his estate. That the total value of said estate is less that $10000 In witness whereof, I have signed this certificate and caused the same to be attested by tre Clerk of said Court under the seal thereof this 25th day of May A.
