CODICIL.
Whereas, I Matthew McInerney of Lake City, Neveda County, California, did on the
twenty ninth day of June one thousand nine hundred and seven make my last will and testament
of that date, I hereby declare this to be a codicil to the same.
T hereby ratify and confirm said will in every respect, save so far as any part of it
is inconsistentywith this codicil.

But whereas in said will James McGrath of Nevada City Cal. is named as executor
thereof. Now therefore IT revoke the nomination arid appointment of the said James MeGrath as
executor, and in his place nominate and appoint John P, Coughlan of Columbia Hill, Nevada County
California as executor of this my last will and testament, without bonds, giving and granting .
unto my said executor all powers in said will conferred upon the said James MeGrath.
