T. Nilon, Judge of the said Superior Court do hereby certify: That on the 2nd day of December A. D. 1908, the annexed instrument war admitted b to probate as the last will amd testament of Matthew Meinerney, deceased, and from the proofs taken, end the examinations had therein, the said Court finds as follows: i Theat said Matthew McInerney died on or about the......day of November A. D, 1908 In the County of Nevede, State of California; that at the time of his death he was » resident of the County of Nevada aforesaid State of califomia; that the said annexed will and codicil were executed by suid decedent, in the County of Nevada aforesaid State of California, and signed by the seid testator in the presence of Jon W. O'Neill and 3 j Fred Searls the subscribing witnesses thereto; also that he acknowledged the execution of the same in their presence, and declared the seme to be his last will and testament, end the said witnesses attested the same at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other; that the said decedent, at the time of executong said will, was of the age of eighteen years und upwards, was of sound und disposing mind, and not under duress, menace, freud or undue influence, nor in any respect incompetent to devise and pbunath his estate. 3 In witness whereof T have signed this certificate and caused the same to be attested by the Clerk of this Court under the se.l thereof this 2nd day of December, A.
