State of California, do hereby certify, that
Superior Court of the County of Nevada,
the Last Will and Testament oF William Campbell,
the said Court finds as follows:
That seid William Campbell died on or about the sixth day of February 1¢03, at the
City of Urass Valley, in the County of Nevada, State of California.
That at the time of his death, said William Campbell was a resident of satd City of
. Grass Valley, Nevada County, California, and left estate therein.
That the said annexed Will “as duly executed, by said William Campbell on the Leth
day of february 1201, at Boston Pavine, City of Crass Valley, Nevada County, California.
That said Will isolographic, and entirely written dated and signed by the nand of
said William Campbell, and is not witnessed, and so written dated and signed, at Boston
Pavine, City of Crass Valley, Nevada County, Celifornia, on February 19th., 1901.
That said William Camptell at the time, of executing said Will was of the aze of
yeers, and was of sound end disposing mind, and not under duress, menace, fraud, or
undue influence, nor in eny cesnpect incomotent to demise and bequeath his estate.
In Witness whereof I have sizned this certificate, and caused the same to be attested
by the Clerk of said Court, under the seal thereof, this 25th., day of February 1903.
