in hand, Pay my funeral expenses and the expenses of my last i1]1nessTHIRD. I give, bequesth and devise to my beloved wife, Kate Angove, 411 of my Property
of whatsoaver nature and wheresoever situated, making no provision for my children, Arthur
Melbourne Angove or Camille Angove, knowing that they will be cared for by my wifes.
FOURTH. I nominate and appoint my wife, Kate Angove the executrix of this my last will
and Testament and direct that she be allowed to act without bonds. .
FIFTH. I hereby revoke all former Wills by me made.
