That on the 17th dey of July A, D. 1909, the annexed instrument wes admittéd to probate as
the lest will ami testament of savina Bohling, deceased, and from the proofs taken and the ex= .
aminations had therein, the said Court finds as follows:
That said Savina Bohling died on or about the 15th day of dune, A. D. 1909, in the County
of Nevada, Stete of California, that at the time of her death she was aresident of the County .
of Nevada, &foresaid State of california; and that the said annexed will was executed by the .
said decedent, in the County of Nevada, aforesaid Stat® of ealifornia, end sioned by the seid
testatrix in the presence of Mrs, mery Ramsey and F, T. Nilon, the subscribing witnesses thereto;
also that she acknowledged the exeeution of the same in their presence, and declared the seme
to be her last will and testament , and that the said witnesses attested the same at her requett,
presences of each other; thet the said decedent, at the time of exe—! in her presence and in the
cut ing said will, was of the age of eighteen years and upwards, was of sound and disposing mind
and not under duress, menace, fraud, or undue influence, nor in any respect to devise and beaueath her estete.
In witness whereof, T have signed this certificate and caused the same to be attested
by the Clerk of this Court under the seal thereof, this 17th day of July A. D. 199.
