In the Name of God Amen,
of Nevada City, County of Nevada, State of California, of the
T, John Becigalupt
age of sixty ws years, being of sound and disposing mind and memory and not acting
under duress, menace, fraud or undue influence of any person whatever do make, publish
and declare this my last Will end Testament, in manner following that is to say
First: I direct that my body be decently buried with proper regard to my station
and condition in life and the circumstances of my estate.
Second: I direct that my executor hereinafter named as 300M 45 he has sufficient
funds in his hands, pay my funeral expenses and the expenses of my last illness.
Third: I give, bequeath and devise all of my property of every kind and nature
real and personal and mixed one half to my brother G. B. Bacigalupi of Washington D. c,
and the remaining one-half to the son and two daughters of my deceased sister Rachael
Cessassi, who formerly lived near CareciscoProvince of Genoa, Itely; said children to
take said one half share and share alike.
Lastly: I hereby nominate and appoint Fred Searls of Nevada City, California the
Executor of this my last Will and Testament without bonds, Giving and grenting unto my
said Executor full power and authority to sell lease, mortgage or otherwise dispose of
said property real or personal left by me, without applying to any Court or Courts for
authority so to do and as fully as I could do if living.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty second day of
July in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and nine

The foregoing instrument consisting of two pages, was at the date hereof by the
said John Bacigalupi signed and sealed as and published and declared to be his last
Will and Testament, in presence of us, who at his request and in his presence and in
the presence of each other, have subseribed our names as witnesses thereto.
