the examinations had therein, the said Court finds ss follows:That said John G Johnson died on or about the fourteenth day of April, 4 D 1906. in the .
County of Alameda, State of California,; that at the time of his desth he was a resident of.
the County of Nevada, State of California; that the ssid annexed Will was duly exesuted by
said decedent, in the County of Alameda, aforesei’l State of California, and signed by the
said testator in the presence of Fred Searls and H D Warwick the subscribing witnesses th erste;
also that decedent acknowledged the execution of the same in their presence, and declared the Ey
