. Peritoris, do rake and publish this, my LAST Witt, AND TESTAMENT, as follows, to-wit:
FIRST: I give, devise and bequeath to my dear wife, ELIZABETH JANE S@EVENS, all
“the property of which I may die possessed, both real and personal.
SECOND: In the event that my seid wife, ELIZABETH JANE shali:not surveve me,
then it is my will that all the provebty of which I may die possessed shall be equally
_ divided between my two children, ALICE MAY STEVENS and WILLTAM HENRY STEVENS, and in the
. case of the death of either of my said children without issue, then that the survivor of
them shall take the share to which the one deceased would otherwise hav been mtitiled.
THIRD: I appoint my wife, ELIZABETH JANE, executrix of this, my will, and
: direct that she shal] not be required to give any bonds and that she shell have full power
to sell and convey ally property belonging to my estate without application to any court
or the order of any Court therefor, and according to her own direction.
FOURTH; and lastly: I hereby revoke all former wills made by me.
