IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE COUNRY OF NEVADA STATE OF CALIFORNIA. In the Matter of the estate of CERTIFICaTE OF PROOF OF WLL AND THE FACTS FOUND: JOHN CARBONI, Deceased. State of California, ss. County of Nevada I, FP. T. Nilon judge of the said superior court, do hereby certify: That on the 3rd day of August, A. D. 1903, the annexed Instrument was admitted to Probate as the last Will ahd Testament of John Carboni, deceased, and from the proofs taken, and the examinations had therein, the said Court finds as follows:-— That said John Carboni died on or about the 28th day of May, A. D. 1903, in the County of Nevada, State of Californie; that at the time of his death was a resident of the County of Nevada, aforesaid State of California; that the said annexed will was duly executed by said decedent, im the county of Nevada, aforesaid State of California, and signed by the said testator in the presence of C. F. Mcglashan and P. Masini the subscribing witness thereto; also, that he acknowledge the execution of the same intheir presence, and declared the same to be his last Will and Testament, and the said witnesses attested the same at his request, in his presence, and jn the presence of each other; that the said decedent at the time o f executing said will was of the age of eighteen years and upwards, was of soundand disposing aind and no$ under duress, mence, fraud or undue influence, nor in any respest incompetent to devise and bequeath his estate. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have signed this certificate,and caused the same to be attested oy the Ckerk of said Court, under the seal thereof, this 3rd day of August A. D. 1903. . ATTEST: F. T.
