I, George L. Jones, judge of the said Superior Court do hereby certify:
That on the 27th day of Meroh, 1911 the amiéxédeinstrument wes admitted to prot &
pate as the last will end testament of John Saunders Jr. deceased, that the testimony taken on —
‘the probate of said will was reduced to writing and signed by the witnesses respectively, end
-Tled therein; and from th proofs taken and the examinations hed therein, te said Court finds
as follows:
That John Saunders Jr, died on the 4th day of March, 1911, in the County of Nevada, .
State of California, that at the time of hie death he wes a resident of the County of Nevade,
State of Calif ornia,,; that the sid will was duly exesuted by the said decedent in his life tine
in the said County of Nevad, State of California, and signed by the said testator in the pees
ence of F. L. Arbogast and Percy Watters, the subseribing witnesses thereto; also that he ack:
nowledged the execution of the same in theri presence, and declared the same to be his last will
and testament and the said witnesses attested the same at his requezt, in his presnece andin
the presence of e ch other, that the sad decedent, at the time of executing said will, was of *
age of seventy seven eyears or thereabouts, was of sound and disposing mind and not under re
straint, duress, menec, fraud undue influence or fraudulent misrepresenatation or in any respect
incometent to devise and pequeath his estate. . .
In witness where#f, I have signed this certificate and caused the same to be atte sted
by the Clerk of this Court under the seal thereof, this 27th day of March, 1911. .
