of 77 years, and being of sound and disposing mind and memory and not aebing under duress, menace, fraud, or undue influence of any person whatever, do make, publish and
deelare this m last Will and Testament in the manner following, that ib to say:
Firstly, I request that my body be ecently buried according to my rank and station
and the circumstances of my estate.
Secondly, I direct thst mp soon 4s iy executor hereinafter named has sufficient
fiumds in his hands to pay my burial expenses and bhe expemses of my last sickness.
Thirdly, I direct that my Executor place a monument on my cemetary lot in the cenety
of the City of Grass Valley, with the names mgraved of myself and of my first and
second wives and daughters.
Fourthly : rthiy: I give and bequeath $100 eaeh to the two ehildren of my daughter, Elizabeth Mary Thomas and to Heiry Rule, my s0n my Gold watch and chain.
Pifthly, I give and bequeath all the remainder and residue as follows to my son
H @iry one fourth, to my daughter Elizabeth Mary Thomas one fourth, to my grand daughter
D ottie Barlow one fourth, and to my grand daughter Mabel Barlow ono fourth.
