convey all. my said property, both reel and personal, wheresoever situate, without order of
Court, ob wethout applying to any Court, and thet she be, and hereby is, authorized to sell,
assign and convey by proper conveyance and transfers in writing all of my said property, both
real am personal, without order of Court, or without app3ying to any Court,
Lastly, I hereby nomina te and appoint my said wife, Frieda Hieronimous, the a PN,
of this, my last will and testament, without bonds, and herety revoke all former wills by me
