«Charles Phelps, of Phelps Hill, County of Yeveda, State of California, of the age
of seventy-six years, and being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not acting unduress, menace, fraud, or under the influence of any person whatever, do makes, publish and
declare this my last will and testament in the manner following, that is to say:
First: I @épeot that:my body be decently buried with a due regard bo my situation in
life.
Secondly: I devise and bequeath all the property that I may die possessed of to mya
daughter, Cora J French of Brame Province, of Quebec Canada to the exelusion of all other
person or persons whatsoever, and all other persons are intentionly ommitted herefrom and
from sharing in my estate.
Lastly: I hereby nominate and appoint P F Simonds the executor, of this my last wil
and tesatment without bonds and hereby revoke all former wills by me made.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto eet my hand and seal this 3lst day of October,
in the year of our Lord one thousand Nine Hundred and three.
