That on the 4th day of September A. D. 1906, the annexed instrument wes admitted to pro-)
bate as tie last Will and Testament of Wm. P, Rule deceased,and from the proofs take, and the
rxaminations had therein, the sahd Court finds as follows:That said wm. P. Rule died on or about the 22" day of July A. D. 1906 in the County of Nevade
State of Cal.: that at the time of his death he was a resident of the County of Nevade sforesaid
sTate of California; and that the said annexed will was duly exceuted by said decedent, in the
County of Nevada aforesaid State of Cal.,and signed by the said Testator in the presence of W. .
D. Harris and Annie Rule, the subscribing witnesses thereto; also that he acknowledged the execution of the sauein their presence , and declared the same to be his last Will and Testament, and
the said witnesses attested the same at his request, in his presmce, and in the preseice of .
each other; that the said decedent at the time of executing said Will, was of the age of ei ght een
years and upwards, was of sound and disposing mind, and not acting under duress, mmace fraud or
undue influence, nor in any respect incompetent ty devise and bequeath his estate.
In witness whereof I have signed this certificate, and eaused the same to be attested by the
Clerk of said Court, under the seal thereof, this 4th day of Sept A. D. 1906
