map of said City as made by H. S. Bradley in the year 1869. Together with all the habaaitenuntas
and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise sppertaining: To have and to hold the
Premises above deseribed, to the said Mrs Katie Richards her heirs and assigns férevar.
fnirdly, I give and bequeath all the vest, residue and remainder of my personal estate goods
and chattels of whatsoever kind or nature, owned by me at the time of my death to my said sisterin-— law, Mrs Katie Richards. .
