on said lot, also lot No. @Wenty seven and twenty eight (27 aad 28) in block thirteen (13) %
lot No. two (2) in block No. sixteen (16) as decignated# on said official map of said Siew City
said lot No. 2 in said block No. 16 sixteen, being adjoining lot no.3 formerly owned by Nevada
