dangerously 111 but sound in mind, do by these presente make this my last Will and Testement
and give and bequeth all my estate, real and personel, of which I may die seized and possess
ed, after paying my funeral expenses and just debts, to my brother J WW Potts and hereby ¢
appoint J B Lithgow of Wadhington Nevada Co. Cal. executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
