D. 1907,the annexed instrument was admitted to. probate as the last will amd testavent of Joel J, Meacham, deceased, and from the proofs taken and the examinations had therein, the said Court finds os follows: . That said Joel J. Meaeham died onor about the 12th day of January A. D. in the County of Nevada, State of California ; that at the time of his death he was a resident or the. said County of Nevada aforesnid Sgate of @alifornig and that the seid annexed will was duly ex5 eeuted by said decedent, in the suid County of Nevada aforesaid State of California, and signed . a . nesses thereto; also, that he aeknowledged the execution of the seme irtheir presence, and de~ . . 5 _c@lared the sme to be his last will and testammt, and the said witnesses aptested the same at 4 by tae said testator inthe presence of P, F. Simonds and ANNa A. eooper, the subseribing withis request, inhis presence nd in the presence of eaeh other; that the said deceient, at the time of exeeuting said will was of the age of eighteen years and upwards, was of sound and dist posing mind, and not under duress, menace, fraui, or undue influenee, nor inany respect ineom— petent to deyis and bequeath his estate, That the value of said estate is les s that ten thousand dollars.
