proofs taken, and the examinations had therein,
“nat said Evan Sleenan Sr died on or about the 6th day of Feby A Dv 1892 in
the County of Nevada, Stete of California,; that at the time of his death he was
a resident of the County of Nevada, aforesaid State of Californias ; and thet £kat
tne said annexed will was duly exeouted by said decedent, in the County of Nevade,
aforesaid State of California, and sig ed by the said testator in the presaceof
D H Williams and Henry Scaddem Jr the subscribing witnesses thereto; also, that he
acknowledged the execution of the same in their presence, and dectrei the same to
be his lest Will end Testament, and the said witnesses attested th same at his raqug
request, in his presence, and in the presence of eacn other; that the said decedent
at the time of executing said Will, was of the age of elghteen years and upwards
was of sound and disposing mind, and not under duress, menace, fraud or undue influmce, nor inany respect incompet mt to devise and bequeath his estate.
