Fifth: I give and bequeath to my half sister, Lillie E. Gassaway, of Nevada County, California, the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) dollars.
sixth: I give and bequeath to Ellen B, Fattebert, wife of Ulysses C. Fattebert, of Phoenix, 4rizona, the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) dollars.
Seventh: I give, devise and bequeath, all the rest, residue and remainder of all my real
‘and personal property, of every nature and kind, and wheresoever situated, owned by me at the
time of my death, to my nephew, Clarence E. Gassaway of Nevada County, State of California.
Eighth: Should any of my legatees, heretofore mentiined in this will, contest or attempt to break or set aside the provisions of my will, by legal proceedings or otherwise, in that
event the gift or bequest is hereby reduced to the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) doller going to
said contestant or contestants.
