I, George H. Levee of the County of Nevada, State of California,
of the age of seventy-one years, being of sound ana disposing mind and memory,
and not acting under duress, menace, fraud, or undue influence of any person or
any sort whatever, do make and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT.
FIRST, I direct my executor to pay my debts and funeral expenses as
soon as he receives funds available for that purpose,
SECONDLY, I give my shot sun to George Wasley. I give my rifle
to Enard Nankervis. JI give my automobile to my brother, William A. Levee.
Thirdly, I give cash legacies of $100.00 each to my nieces, Marion Temby and
Lucille Nankervis. Fourthly, all the residue of my estate, real and personal,
and not hereinbefore disposed of, I give, devise and bequeath to my brothers,
William A. Levee and John Levee, share and share alike.
TASTLY, I hereby nominate and appoint William A. Levee the executor..
of this my last Will and Testament, to act without bonds, and expressly direct that
no bond be required of him; and hereby revoke all former Wills by me made.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this 18th
day of November, in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five.
