n Ordinance regulating the Issue of licenses,
fYVHE TRUSTEES OF THE Crt¥OF NEVADA, do ordain as follows:
section 1. ,Livénses required; Penalty, It
shall not be dawful for any person within the
corporate limits of the City of Nevada, to
pursue any calling or transact any ~ business
hereinafter mentioned, until he or she or
they have taken out a license therefor, and
paid for the saine as hereinafter provided; and
tor every violation of this Ordinance, the only
offending shall. be Subject to a penalty of
not leas than twenty or more than One Hundred Dollars, or by imprisonment in the
City Prison not to exceed ten days.
Section 1, of Ordinance No. 7 .in conflict
with the sevtion revised at this meeting is
