to appear in an_ action bought. against

Nevada, State of California, on the tenth
day of March 1884, by CENTRAL PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY, piaintiff, and to answer the complaint filed
therein,within ten days (excjusive of the
day of service) after the’ service on
you of this Suminons, if served within this
county ; or, if served out of this county,
within thirty days, or judgment will be taken
against, ydu_ by default, according to the
prayer of said’ complaint. The said action
is brought te obtain a judgment that there
is due from said defendant, Joseph Taylor,
to olaintiff and by virtue of a certain ‘conract°fully set furth in siid complaint, the
sum of $704.00 tor the remainder of purchase
money degignated in said contract, and inCerést On said remainder of purchase money
from the 14th day of Octuber, 1571, to the
14th aay of Uctober 1883. Thatsuid defendant, Joseph Taylor, perforiued said agreeMent: aid pay to plaint.ff within thirty
herein, the amounts due to plaintiff upon
fendant, Joseph Tayler, fails to pay to plaintiff the said amounts within said thirty days
then and from that time, the derendaut
Joseph Taylor, and all persons holding the

in the County of Nevada, State of California, and descrived in sai: contrat, to wit:
