THs MINING Surm— Bell vs the Bed Rock Tunnel Co., which has-been on trial for three days, was concluded yesterday. The case is an important one, involving mining rights in Bridgeport township. The} argument wasclosed by Belden for plaintiff. “The j jury brought in a ver_ dict for defendant. A stay of _proceedings for ten days granted. SaLE oF A MINE—Thetwo-thirds interest in the Union Hill mine; of this} place, says the Grass Valley Union, told a few days since for the sum of . $60,000. The purchasers reside in San Francisco, and the new company will probably light the fires under the boilers of that mill. Tae RarR0ap.—The cars will soon be running to Hunter's, on the Truckee. By to-morrow, says the Territorial Hnterprise of April 12th, the: track will be laid to a point on the river about, half way between Crystal Peak and Hunter’s.
