It is proposed to erect in the vicinity of
Grass Valley, a home for disabled and superannated miners,
The home we propose to erect will be under
the management and direction of the follow—’

The County Superintendent and the County Boards of Examination shall hold competitive examinations, before the first’ of May, in
each year, of all persons desiring to become
