section 1. That a City Road and Street
for the Fiscal year 1888 and 1889, upon. each
male inhabitant of the City of Nevada, over
the age of 21 and under the age of 50 years for
vm oad and Street purposes, which said
poll tax shall become dueand shall become
collectable on and after the Twenty-Second
Day of June, 1888, in the manner provided
Nevada is hereby made collector of said tax
andshall collect the same in the manner
provided by law, and upon the neglect or resalof any person liable therefor to pay said
tax after demand said Marshal must collect
the same by seizure and gale of any personal
property owned by such person. . Saia sale
