In addition tothe inspection by Companies, daylight inspecaion of the uniforms must be made when unworn. It is desired that a fair, full and careful inspection be made in order that justice may be done both to the Command and to the State, and to that end all uniforms are required to be put in as good condition as they can be and none reected by the Inspector that are good serviceable uniforms.
