EEE TRE SULLDOSERS AT WORK. The Board of Trustees of Sacramento city on Friday afternoon adopted the following resolutions, and ordere. them ‘telegraphed to Washington: “Hon. Robert T. Lincoln, Secretary of War, Washington, D.
