KS LOCAL AFFAIRS. . No Damage. Whilein other parts of the State bridges have been washed away, railroads im every direction interrupted, and tewns flooded, we learn of little damage in this county. The roads, though very muddy, are passable in every direction, and waile even steamboats are. compelled to stop on account of the storm, our stages continue to run. We learn of little damage to ditches, flumes or reservoirs, afd there is no danger of flooded fields or overflowed towns in this locality.
