Fruit Farm Sold.
The Nevada County Land and
Improvement Association yesterday effected the sale of the fruit
farm of Nicholas Webber, situated
two miles west of this city, to Oscar N. Bass, recently of Nebraska.
Mr. Bass proposes to put the property in first-class condition and to
demonstrate what can be done in
an agricultural as well as horticultural way with lands in this
section. Mr. Webber placed the
farm with ‘the Association for
sale only about a week ago.
The transaction demonstrates the
exceptionally . fine facilities the
Association enjoys as an a woe
through which to buy and sell re
estate.
