annum uptil paid, that the premises conveyed by said mortgage ‘may be sold, and

amount due upon said promissory note, as
follows, to-wit : The principal sum of $4,700
with interest thereon from April 28th. 1586
at the rate-ofsix percent. per annum and
five per cent upon th. amount found due
for Attorney’s fee, and costs of suit. And
