Horrible Diseases. — :
How many thousands of persons, both
maleandfemete, are there who are _suffering out.a miserable existence from the effect_of gecret indulgences, or 4rom.—virus
“absorbed into the sys --peok—at their
pallid, emaciated and disfigured faces and
their broken down cofstitutions, disqualifying them for the happiness of marriage
or the enjoyment of life. In this horrid
situation thousands suffer until death closes
the-scen¢. Let parents, guardians, friends,
uttend to any of those who are sufferin
withany of these horrible life destroying
mialadics—see' that they are cared for and
cured before it be too late. Send them im~
mediately to Dr. Gibbon, a physician who
hiss made private disease his especial re oad
ne
most inveterate cases without mercury or
injurious drugs, It is im ant to those
who are afflicted, or to those who are inter
eated in-the welfare of their friends, to be
_._¢epefal ef the many pretended doctors who
infest all_eities, publishing theit skill in
euring al diseases in a few days, imposing
upon the publie by using the names of eminent physicians from Europe “and ottier
places. Be, therefore, careful and make
strict inquiries, or you may fall inte tho
hands of those charlatans.
~ seminal Weakness.
Seminal Emissions, the consequence of
relf abuse. This solitary vice, or depraved
gexual indulgence, is ‘practiiced by the
youth of both sexes to an almost unlimited
extent, producing with unerring certainty,
the following train of morbid symptoms,
unless cembatted by scientific medical
measures, viz: Sallow countenance, dark
fpots under the eyes, pain inthe head, ringtne inthe ears, noise like the‘ rustling“ofJeayes and the rattling of chariots, uneasinese about the loins, weakness of the limbs,
confused vision, blunted intellect, loss of
contidence, diffidence in approaching strangers, a disiike to form new acquaintances, a
disposition to shun society, loss of memory, hectie fushes, pimples and various
eruptions about the-face, furred tongue,
fetid breath, coughs, consumption, night
sweats, monomania and frequent insanity.
Tf relief be not obtained, persons “so afflicted should apply immediately, either in
aan, or by letter, and have a cure effected
sy his new and scientific mode of treating
‘Ins disease, which never fails of effecting
quick-and radical cure. Dr. G. will give
One Hundred_Dollars to‘any one who will
prove aatisfactority to him that he wascured
of this complaint by—either of the San
Francisco quacks. ie
Married Men,
Or. those who cantemplate marriage, who
ure suffering under any of these fearful
maladies, should not forget the sacred responsibility resting upon them, nor delay
to obtain immediate relief.

diseases incident to fernales, treated with

‘Tumors, all Urmary Diseases, Nervous Debility, Painful 6r Difficult Menstration, Baryiness, ete., will be speedily cured, without
poisonous drugs, injuries, or unpalatable
medicines of any kind. Have no delicacy
n calling, no. difference what your troubles
may be. The afflicted are cordially invited
to call and satisfy themselve.

upomhis assurance of confidential secrecy
with impHcit faith, and expect no-more
dhan to be charged with a fair and mutually satisfactory remuneration of services
considering the circumstances
