‘3 vada. In Probate Court.: In the mat
ter of the Estate of Juha G, Ballard, deceasBush, the Adniinistrator of the Estate -of
J; @. Ballard, deceased, praying for an order of sale of real and personal estate, that
it is necessary to sell the whole of the
personal and real estate, to’ pay the debts
outstanding against said deceased, and the
debts, expenses, and charges of administration. It is therefore ordered by the
Court that all persons interested in said
estate appear before the gaid Probate Court,
(in the County of Nevada; atthe court room
of said Probate Court, on Saturday, the 6th
day of Decernteer, 1878, at two o'clock, in
the afternoon of said day, to show cause, if
any they have, why an order shculd not be
granted, to the said administrator to sell
80 much of the personal and real-estate of
said deceased, as shall be -necessary. And
that copy of this-¢ be published at least
four weeks in. the Nevada Daily ‘lranscript,
