Limits for the City ‘of Nevada‘ to
provide for the Prevention and Extinguishment of Fires and to Repeal
all Ordinances in Conflict Therewith.
HE Board of Trustees ofthe City of Ner vada do hereby ordain es jollows :
“SECTION I. <
‘The general fire limits of the City of Nevada shall inclu e the whole of the following blocks as. designated. on the Official
Map of the City of Nevada, Neer tothe
Oficial survey made by H. Bradley in
1869, viz: Blocks 4,5, 7, 13,14, 16,21, 29, 30,
81 and 35, which are hereby declared to be
the general Fire Limit Blocks.
SECTION 2.

shall be made and constructed as fullows :

purposes or dwellings, and shull not be held
to apply to stables, barns, woodsheds, waterciusets or ordinary outhouses ; PROVIDED, thatany such structure so exempted,
which may be hereafter commenced to be
built, shell, before being so commenced.
