The Chicago Singer Machine have every importan im

premit winding bobbins without removing the work from

The loose balance wheel is actuated by a solid bolt passing through a collar securely pinned to the shaft outside
of the balance wheel, which bolt is héld to position by a
strong spiral spring. When a bobbin is to be wound the
