Francisco. He says: The mining outlook in Alaska is improving year after year. The whole country is simply, teeming with rich mineral fields, and I am convinced that the day will come when Alaska as a producer of gold and silver will surpass the world. Ranges are being located rapidly, and I know one man who has from twenty-five to thirty rich claims, which, when developed, ‘will make him, in ‘in my opinion, one of the richest. men in the world.
