associated ourselves together for the nurnose of forming a corpora—
tion under the laws of the State of California,
AND WR HEREBY CERTIFY:
FIRST: That the name of said corporation is
GOLDEN DREAM MINING AND DEVELOPING COMPANY.
SECOND: That the purposes for which it is formed are:
To carry on a general mining, milling and reducticn
business; to buy, sell, acquire, hold or give options on, or rent,
lease or otherwise acquire or dispose of mines, mining claims, mills,
mill sites and water rights; to acquire, hold, work and operate
placer and other mines and lodes of bearing ore; to erect, lease
and operate dredging, milling, concentrating, reduction, smelting

To corrow money and execute notes, bonds, mortrages, or
deeds of trust, to secure the game, and to exercise in respect to
