ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION. We, the undersigned, citizens of the United States and residents of the State of California hereby associate togeth-— er for the purpose of creating a corporation under the Laws of the State of California, authorizing the formation of cor-. porations for Mining and other purposes, and in compliance with the provisions of said laws, we do hereby state and certify:First. That the corporate name of this incorporation is and shall be the "GREEN MOUNTAIN CONSOLIDATED GOLD MINING COMPANY ". Second. That this corporation is formed for the purpose of establishing and carrying on the process of Mining for Gold, and other metals, and, among other things to buy, sell, agree to sell, bond, lease, let, hold and work mines and mining claims in the State of California; locate, construct, purchase, lease, let, hold, operate and sell water rights, ditches, flumes, pipes, roads, mills, Mill-sites, and ore-reduction works that may be necessary or convenient in the mining and reducing of ore from any claim it may acquire. Third. That the prineipal office and place of business of this corporation shall and is to be located in the Town of Grass Valley, Nevada County, State of California. Fourth.
