FLEMING, allresiding in Honolulu, Cam, Territory of Hawaii, do hereby for themselves, their associates and successors, associate theuselves together and do form a " body politic and corporate, as a joint steck company or cor=poration, under the laws of the Territory of Hawadi, and do certify:= ; i.
