and it is hereby expressly provided that the foregoing onue
eration of specified powers shall not be held to Limit or
restrict in any manner the powers of the corporation, and
that this corporation may do all and everything necessary,
suitable, or proper for the accomplishment of any of tho
purposes or objects hereinabove snumerated, either alone or
in association with any other corporations, firms, or indi~
viduals, to tho samo extent and as fully as individuals
might or could do as principals, agents, contractors or
otherwise s
(4) To buy, lease, oxchange and otherwise
acquire, deal in, sell, mortgago or otherwise
encumber and dispose of, real and porsonal property
of any kind or character, and any and all rights
thereto and interests therein.
(5) Yo borrow or raise money for any of the
purposes of this corporation without limit as to
amount, and, from time to time, to issue bonds, de-=
bentures, notes or other obligations, secured or
unsecured, of this. corporation for moneys so borrowed
or in payment for property acquired, or for any of
tho other objects or purposes of this corporation
or in connection with its business; to secure such
ponds, debentures, notes and other obligations by
nortgage or mortgages, or deed or deeds of trust, or
pledge or other lien upon any ov all of the proporty,
rights, privileges or franchises of this corporation,
vheroesoover situated, acquired or to be acquired, and
to pledge, sell or otherwise dispose of any or all of
such bonds, debentures, notes and other obligations
of this corporation for its corporate purposese.
(6) To conduct its business, as principal
agent, contractor or otherwise, in all or any of its
branches in the State of New Jersey and in any or all
other States, territories, possessions, colonies and
dependencies of the United States of America, and in
the District of Columbia, and in any or all foreign
countries, and to have one or more offices within and
outside the State of New Jersey.
(7) In general, to do any and all things and
exorcise any and all powers which may now or here=
after be lawful for the corporation to do or exercise
under and in pursuance of any law that may be now or
hereafter applicable to the corporation. —
The foregoing clausos shall be construed as objects.
