The vein is 4 to 8 ft. wide, with a dip of 65 deg., and so situated that an adit half a mile in length can cut the vein 2000 ft. below the outcrop. The ore is said to assay from $4 to $18 per ton. The property is % mile east of the Ethel, and is supposed to be an extension of the Gaston vein. Hydraulic power is available and will be used for power purposes. F. L.
