of the Mth Judicial District of the State of
California, in and for the eounty of Nevada,
against JAS. WATTS and FELIX LEEDS, and
in favor of: CHAS. W. MARLETTE, for the
sum of $1,782 00, (principle debt,) with interest
on the principle at the rate of Two per cent per
month from the rendition of judgment until
paid, together with all costs ofsuit, And whereas,on the 13th day of April, A. p , 1861, it was

‘to-wit : -* All that certain tract of Land known
as Marlett’s Ranch, situated in Little York township, county of Nevada, on both banksof Green
Horn Creek, abont two miics south west of the
village of Ked Deg, containing about 160 acres
withthe improvements Also~A set of aping
Claims on said creek, at the upper end of sai
Ranch, extending 1,100 feet up and down said
stream, embracing the bed and bank of said
stream to the base of the hillY Also—A set of
Mining Claisns on said creek, at the lower end of
said Kanch 600 feet in leagth, Bynes the bed
‘and banks of said creek at the base of the hill.
Also—A certain Water Ditch, taking water from
Green Hern Creck, on the nerth west side, about
the centre of said ranch. Also—A Water Ditth
taking water from Green Horn Creek, about thé
sume place, on the south east bank of said stream.
Also—A Ditch taking water from egid. creek at
the extreme upper end of said ranch. Also—A
Ditch taking water from said Creek nearly a mile
above said ranch, and conveying it to said ranch

tributary of Green dora Creek, ou the northwest side,emptying iuto Greew Hora Creek, immediately below said ranch, carrying the water
