and decree was rendcred in the District Court
of the 14th Jadicial District of the State of
California, in and for the county ‘of Nevada,
sgainst Benjamin F. Coon, and in favor of
if J. Patterson for the sam of ‘Three Hundred, Thirty-eight and 18-100, dollars, principal debt with interest on the principal at the
mte of two percent per mouth from the 30th
of July 1862, until paid, together with all
costs of suit. And whereas. on the said 3d,
day of December, A. D., 1862, it was ordered and
decreed by the said court that tha mortgage
set forth in plaintiff's enti sie be foreclosed
andthe property therem described, to-wit :—

as the Buena Vista Lumber Yard, situate in the
ine of Grass Valley, county of Nevada, State }

with all and singular, the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging orin any wise

called, situate in the town of Grass Valley,county ut Nevada aforesaid, in the easterly portion of
