as follows: Third. The nature of the business of the corporation, and the objects and purposes proposed to be transacted, promoted and carried on by the corporation, shall be as follows: To engage in any lawful activity; To exercise any and all rights and powers which a corporation may now or hereafter exercise; To act as principal, agent, joint venturer, partner or in any other capacity which may be authorized or approved by the board of directors of the corporation; and To transact business in the State of Nevada or in any other jurisdiction of the United States of America or elsewhere in the world. Fourth, The amount of the total authorized capital stock of the corporation shall be two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000), divided into five million (5,000, 000) shares, of the par value of fifty cents (50¢) each, IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Idaho Maryland Mines Corporation has caused this certificate to be signed by its President and its Secretary and its corporate seal to be hereto affixed this 23rd day of September, 1957.
