M. —Music.ae The discoverer of any vein or lode shall inimediately, upon making a dis-' covery, erect at the point of discovery a substantial monument, and pbdst} thereon a notice which shall contain: . ,The name of theclaim; the name of] the locator ; the date of the discovery ; the somber of feet claimed in length . ” along the-course of the vein each way from the point of discovery ; the width claimed on each side of the center of the vein ; the general course of the vein or lode, as near as may be.
