Ragon, an old resident of this city, who lives near’ Ragon’s Grove, was taken suddenly ill this morning.’ Dr. Tickell was called to attend him. A telephone message today summoned Dr. Muller to You Bet to attend Mrs. Oahill, who is very ill at that place. Floyd Daniels, who was burt in a ravaway last Saturday, is getting along uively. Died at Stockton. George Stranze, a nephew of B. Lutz of this city, died at Stockton Saturday. Mr. Lutz received a dispatch Saturday night and Mrs, Lutz and _ son, Lewis Lu‘z, went down this morning to attend the funeral. The young man was well and favorably known, and will ke greatly missed by hie associates. An Omission. In the programme of the children’s vaudeville Satarday evening, the names of Ruey and Alice Britland were omit ted in the Transcript. These little ones are among the most sprightly of the cake walkers and the omission was wholly unintentional. . ee Invitation Extended. When the stage came down ‘from Washington today snow was falling all along the Ridge. When the Eureka stage left Moore’s Flat this morning there was six inches’ of snow onthe ground and it was still coming down. At the Mountain House the snow is eight inches deep: Superior Court.
