V. MEMBERSHIP Every Council of Camp Fire Girls within the service area of this corporation, as established by the directors hereof from time to time, may become a member of this corporation upon compliance with such prerequisites as may be established in the bylaws of this corporation, Each member shall appoint one director of the corporation, who shall have one vote. VI, DIRECTORS {a) The initial number of the directors of this corporation shall be five. (b) ‘The names and addresses of the persons who are appointed to act as the first directors of this corporation are: Allan Thomas Sacramento, California (representing Sacramento Camp Fire Girls, Ltd.) Edward G. Brown Oakland, California {representing Oakland Council of Camp Pire Girls) Alfred W. Newman Valiejo, California (vepresenting Vallejo Council of Camp Pire Girls) gohn H. Bosche Oakland, California (representing Pledmont Couneil Camp Fire Girls, Inc.) Vinsent Luczak Alameda, California {representing Alameda Couneil of Camp Fire Girls, Ine.) VII, ASSESSMENTS This corporation may, by a majority vote of its direcetors, levy assessments upon its members, on the basis of the anticlpated benefits therefrom to such members, as determined by the Girectors; and the directors may prescribe the time of payments, the notice to be given, and the method of collection of such assessments, Assessments may be made enforceable by action or by the sale or forfeiture of membership, or both, as the directors shall provide, If any member becomes delinquent in payment of auch assessments the right to receive water from this corporation may be denied.
