W.-~Gingles, John Sherrit, E. O. Bates, D. W. Leach, J. 'G. Williams, Thomas 8. Ford. The expedition will not start until the latter part of April. They expect to do some fishing and trading on the way. The. Kotzebue Sound tocality is said to be a fine place for game. oe Huntiag Season Closes March’ 1st. The open season’ for dove shooting ended last Tuesday and but seven days remain in whichto shoot quail andduck. -With the first of March the killing of wild game will be limited to rabbits, geese and varmints, until next fall.
