the City Marshal and Policemen for services in cases arising out of the breech of City.

The Board of Trustees of the City of Nevada
-do ordain as follows:
Section I. The fees ofthe City Marshal and
Policemen forall services performed in cases
arising out of tbe breech of any City Ordinance
shall be, where a fine is collected, the same as
are allowed by law to Constables in criminal
cases for like services.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after the Tenth day of
January, 1895.
Passed by the following vote-on-the 20th day of
December, 1894: Ayes—Trustees Baker, Carr,

and other conductors for the transmission of
electricity for paves purposes and to lay a pipe
or condilt for the purpose of transmitting water
for power from a point in the
